What Happens during a treatment:

There is a consultation before the treatment which lasts up to 15 minutes. Giving you the opportunity to discuss your needs, medical history and to ask any questions. The recipient remains fully clothed either laying on a treatment table or sitting in a chair. The practitioner lightly places their hands on or over the body, the recipient instinctively draws in only as much energy as is needed. During a treatment you may feel energy sensations such as tingling, warmth, coolness or simply a feeling of peace and calm. Each Reiki treatment is unique and deeply relaxing. Reiki is a non-evasive treatment that is suitable for all ages from newborn babies to the very elderly.
